Responsible use of Evoriant
What Evoriant is
Evoriant is an artificial intelligence system developed by EVORIANT TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. It co-reasons with knowledge professionals to structure analysis and generate deliverables —memos, reports, decision assessments. It integrates third-party general-purpose AI models (OpenAI / Anthropic) for content generation.
Evoriant is not a proprietary AI model, nor a high-risk system within the meaning of the European AI Regulation. It is a limited-risk system subject to transparency obligations under Art. 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
What it does and does not do
Evoriant does
- Co-reasons with you about business, strategic and operational decisions.
- Structures the analysis, separating verifiable facts from assumptions.
- Generates downloadable deliverables (memos, reports) that you review and decide whether to use.
- Marks each deliverable with a verifiable AI-origin identifier (see section 4).
Evoriant does not
- Does not make decisions for you or on your behalf.
- Is not designed for people management, candidate screening, performance evaluation, educational admissions, credit scoring or access to essential services. These uses are expressly excluded from its intended purpose.
- Does not verify the facts you provide as inputs. Output quality depends on input quality.
- Does not replace legal, financial, medical or any other kind of professional advice.
How to read the deliverables
Evoriant's deliverables are assisted co-reasoning, not opinions or verified documents. Before using them professionally:
- Review the facts and data Evoriant used, identified as "facts" in the reasoning.
- Assess the assumptions marked as "assumptions": they are hypotheses, not certainties.
- Apply your professional judgement to the recommendations. You decide what to do with the memo.
- If the deliverable goes to a third party (client, executive, institution), review and adapt it before delivering.
Marking of generated content (AI Act)
Under Art. 50(2) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Evoriant's deliverables include AI-origin identification in two layers:
Layer 1 — Visible disclosure
All deliverables include the statement "Generated with AI assistance · EVORIANT" in the footer of each page (PDF) or at the end of the document (DOCX, Markdown). It includes the generation date and the user's responsibility for the use of the content.
Layer 2 — Machine-readable metadata
- PDF: standard document properties (author, creator, subject, keywords) with AI-origin declaration, accessible from any PDF reader or metadata extraction tool.
- DOCX: document properties (creator, description) with AI-origin declaration, accessible from file properties in any word processor.
- Markdown: YAML frontmatter block with
generated_by,ai_assisted: trueanduser_responsibilityfields, directly machine-readable.
The marking contains no personal data of the user.
Excluded uses
Evoriant must not be used in the following domains, expressly excluded from its intended purpose:

Use of Evoriant in these domains is the sole responsibility of the user, who assumes the corresponding legal obligations under Art. 25 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
Who is responsible for what
EVORIANT TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is the provider of the system. It is responsible for the design, the marking of deliverables and transparency in the interaction.
You, as a professional user, are the deployer within the meaning of the European AI Regulation. You are responsible for how you use Evoriant's outputs, the decisions you make on their basis, and how you share them with third parties.
If you publish content generated by Evoriant for informational purposes on matters of public interest, it is you who has the legal obligation to indicate that the content was generated or manipulated with AI, unless you have carried out substantive human review and assume editorial responsibility.
