This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how EVORIANT TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. ("the Controller") uses them on evoriant.com ("the Site"), and what options you have to control their use.

This Policy supplements the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service, which together form the contractual relationship between you and the Controller.

In this Policy, the term "cookies" is used broadly and also includes the browser's local storage and similar technologies.

4.1 — Strictly necessary cookies

4.2 — Analytics cookies (PostHog)

Analytics cookies are activated only if you give your explicit consent through the banner. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics is configured to minimise data:

• No user profiles are created.
• Only expressly defined events are recorded; there is no automatic capture of your activity.
• Your browsing session is not recorded.
• Data is processed on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt).

Data collected: an anonymous, random session identifier, the pages visited, and certain predefined conversion events (for example, viewing the payment page). None of this allows your direct personal identification.

5.1 — Banner on first visit

• Reject all — only the strictly necessary cookie is kept, storing your rejection preference.

Data collected through analytics cookies is processed on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). The strictly necessary cookie is stored exclusively on your device and does not involve any international transfer of data.

Data collected through analytics cookies is retained for 1 year from the session in which it was generated, with no possibility of direct personal identification. After that period, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. The consent cookie lasts 365 days; after that, you will be asked to confirm your preferences again.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability regarding personal data processed through analytics cookies by contacting privacy@evoriant.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of habitual residence if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.

The Controller may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies used or in applicable law. The current version is always available on this page. If an update changes the purposes for which cookies are used, your consent will be requested again.
